Casa Altaris Jávea — 4 bed Villa from €2,200,000

New build villa for sale in Jávea

Introduction

Located in Jávea on the Costa Blanca, this Villa sits 4 km from the sea and 1 km from the golf course, placing it within reach of local services and recreation while keeping a quiet setting. With a single unit available, the property suits buyers who prioritise privacy and a low-density natural environment. The design emphasises comfort across a generous footprint rather than proximity to crowds.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The outdoor space is built around the Mediterranean climate. A garden surrounds the house, and a private pool sits at its centre for use through the summer. On the ground floor there are two covered and two uncovered terraces: one covered terrace wraps around the pool, while the uncovered terrace next to the kitchen works for outdoor meals and gatherings. The layout keeps living and leisure areas connected to the garden.

INDOOR AREAS

The interior holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms across three floors, with a total built area of 468 m² and a B energy rating. Finishes are of high quality throughout, and the kitchen is fitted with quality appliances. Built-in wardrobes serve each bedroom, and the Villa includes a garage for secure parking. The three-floor distribution separates sleeping, living and service areas.

JÁVEA

Jávea on the Costa Blanca is organised into three main areas: the port, the old town and the Arenal beach. Tourism here centres on coves with clear water such as Cala Granadella and Cala Ambolo, both used for diving. The port and old town carry the town's cultural heritage, while the food scene leans on local products and Mediterranean cuisine. Daily life in Jávea is relaxed and outdoor-oriented, which draws both visitors and year-round residents.
