A project to connect and be grateful for every moment, generating through architecture different spaces to contemplate the benefits of the environment. 4,500 m² designed to enjoy the pleasant climate of the Costa del Sol in an environment surrounded by gardens, swimming pools and charming terraces. An oasis surrounded by unbeatable views of the mountains and the sea to stimulate the bond with nature.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The exterior is characterised by spacious terraces with gardens, private swimming pools and green areas full of flowers and trees. The spaces open up to the natural surroundings, creating a visual and sensory connection with the climate and vegetation of the Costa del Sol. The architecture combines aesthetics and functionality in a serene and elegant setting.

INDOOR AREAS

The homes have a modern design with neutral tones and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. They have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces, private swimming pool, terrace and solarium. The kitchen is fully equipped and is integrated in an open space next to the living-dining room, presided over by a large central island. The floors are porcelain tiled with stone finish, and the walls are finished in white lime paint.
