If the Balneario de Fortuna is the draw — for health, retirement or a low-density Spanish lifestyle well away from tourist infrastructure — then the town delivers something coastal towns in the same region cannot replicate. Land and property costs are lower than equivalent coastal stock, and the environment is quiet year-round rather than seasonally disrupted. Buyers who need easy airport access, rental-income potential, or proximity to an international school are likely better served elsewhere in the Murcia region.
