What is the Golden Visa?

The Golden Visa (investor visa) is a residency permit for non-EU citizens who invest at least €500,000 in Spanish property. The programme has existed since 2013 and is one of the most popular in Europe.

3. Health insurance from a Spanish-recognised insurer
4. Sufficient financial means to live in Spain
5. Not illegally residing in Spain
